For Landlords

What services do you offer for landlords?

We offer everything from tenant-find only to full property management. You choose how involved you want to be—we’ll handle the rest.

All prospective tenants go through thorough referencing, including credit checks, employment verification, and previous landlord references.

Our lettings team ensures you meet all legal requirements, from gas safety certificates to deposit protection and right-to-rent checks.

For Tenants

What do I need to rent a property?

You’ll need to provide ID, references, proof of income, and pass a basic credit check. We’ll guide you through the entire process.

Typically, it’s 5 weeks’ rent. This will be protected in a government-approved deposit protection scheme.
